Brian was born and raised in the city of Atlanta. He spent his young life living all over the greater Atlanta area. After completing a stint in the United States Marine Corps, Brian returned home to Cherokee County. Working at his mom’s Century 21 franchise while he got his bearings, he realized his passion for Real Estate. Since 2000 Brian has been a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent. Up until 2008 he worked with hundreds of satisfied clients who realized what an asset he was to have on their side. His love for people and their happiness coupled with his love of seeing houses turn into homes, made for returning client relationships as well as life-long friendships. Through Century 21 he has certifications in New Home Sales, New Construction Sales, and Fine Homes & Estates Sales.
Brian has had his hand in more ventures than just Real Estate. In 2009 he acquired his certificates in Residential as well as Commercial Mold Remediation. After that, he became certified with the IICRC as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and worked for Puroclean for a while. But he wanted more! In 2011 he became a Licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster working both in office as well as the field all over the continental USA. This makes him your friend and ally when it comes to Insurance policies, claims, estimates, and processes. Home Inspections are like second nature to him. His clients know nothing will escape his attention and they can rest easy knowing he will make sure they are fully aware of any issues and pitfalls as well as any assets with a home.
In 2013, Brian started up his very own Mitigation Company – Act of Valor, LLC. He has since utilized all his knowledge of Real Estate, Mitigation and Restoration, and Insurance to be able to help his customers in any need they may have in regards to their home. He has built homes, restored homes, mitigated homes, sold homes, owned homes, rented homes, and created his own special home where he loves to spend his free time with his family and hobbies.
